The CEAN Nutritional Care Center is a support provided by Fresenius Kabi Mexico to patients with chronic kidney disease. Fresenius Kabi is an international healthcare company that specializes in life-saving medicines and infusion, transfusion and clinical nutrition technologies.

Their products and services are used to help provide care for critically ill and chronically ill patients.

The Challenge

To promote the Nutritional Care Center (CEAN) as a specialized nutritional care service with ethics and humanism to reduce the risk of complications and postpone inclusion in renal replacement therapy in patients with CKD (Chronic Kidney Disease).

The Solution

We created the Brand Voice focused on 4 fundamental pillars of the brand: personality, description, purpose and tone. We developed a specialized and highly attractive look & feel, seeking to educate, inform, communicate, guide and advise the buyer persona of the category.
